10 Ways To Learn To Love Yourself and Be Happy
Why is self love such a vital component to your health? Can you love someone else if you don't love yourself?
Some things may be equally essential but there is nothing more important than a healthy sense of self-worth and loving yourself. Along my journey to discovering myself and searching for ways to achieve self-love, I learned many truths that continue to support my personal effort.
In my experience, ten ways to learn to love yourself are:
1.) Don't compare yourself to others.
Everyone is unique in their own way and life is too short to try to be like someone else.

Not just for a better physical appearance but for your emotional health as well. Exercising is great for the soul.

Do whatever you have to do to accept whatever it was and move on. Whether it be a friendship that ended badly or you caught your ex cheating on you. Holding grudges is extremely bad for you and only causes more worry than you need.
